A family trade, passed down and built up
Precision Renovations began in 2004 when founder Tom Whitfield left a large commercial builder to do residential work the way he believed it should be done — with the same crew, the same standards, and a name he would stand behind for good.
Two decades later we are still family-run, still self-performing our core trades, and still working almost entirely on referrals from the neighbors we have served. Many of our lead carpenters have been with us for more than ten years.
